Join us for Advocacy Day, March 22nd at the John A. Wilson Building

  On March 22, Arts Advocacy Day, organized by ArtsActionDC, will bring together DC arts, humanities, and creative economy practitioners to stress the importance of funding for cultural programming as the City Council and Mayor determine funding allocations for FY18. ArtsActionDC has two main asks: $25mil+ for the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) and Development of a new funding cohort for the Commercial Arts/Professional Services sectors of the creative economy that will stimulate/support workforce development, infrastructure, and
